The world can't give me a character called "The Darkling" and another character called "The Shadow King" and have them have similar powers and similar dubious morals and NOT have me want to see them meet. I think this would be fucking fascinating, and I have no fucking clue how it would go. Would they try to kill each other? Would they fuck? Would they compare notes on falling in love with BAMF women, or what it's like ruling a country as a dark entity? Honestly I'm running off Vibes completely for this one, I just think it would be cool as fuck. Maybe they're allies, maybe they fuck, maybe they try to kill each other, maybe all of the above, maybe they're passing ships in the night, up to you my dear creator!

Charming and ruthlessly intelligent Nikolai Lantsov up against quiet and ruthlessly intelligent Maven Calore? 100% here for it. Maybe a diplomatic mission goes awry, or Maven hires Nikolai during his Sturmhond days, or an arranged marriage to stave off war, or an alliance formed to defeat the Darkling, or a hostage exchange as part of a peace treaty, or, or, or...These two seriously have so much potential in my mind, and the two worlds would meld together really well imo. What would Maven think of someone like Nikolai, so very different from his brother? Would Nikolai see the truth of Maven where so many others failed before?

So I've clumped all these relationships together because in this crossover I'm really going off Vibes. I've been a fan of Nikolai since the first moment he showed up as Sturmhond, he is absolutely my favorite character from the Grisha world, and I think his interactions with these CR folks would be so delightful. Can you imagine quiet, untrusting Caleb being faced with charming, sharp Nikolai, and all the issues that would imply? And what about a fellow Swashbuckler like Kingsley, or someone who could match Nikolai's quip for quip in Mollymauk (and all his flirting). Fjord and Nikolai, two sailors, two people with giant weights on their shoulders. And frankly I have no idea how interactions between Percy and Nikolai would go, I just thought about Percy ending up on Nikolai's ship or them meeting through diplomatic reasons or facing each other about the darkness in both of them, just anything I just am curious about them together. Curious about all these relationships!

CRITICAL ROLE

Caleb Widogast (CR) & Vax'ildan (CR)

Me, seriously just wanting to see a pair of Liam PCs interact! I fucking cried at the Vax stuff in C3 (which means I would also be totally fine with you inserting Orym in here as well if that floats your boat XD), and everything about Caleb Widogast's storyline was fucking Made For Me I love it so much. All the pain and angst, oof, never get tired of it. And I just wanna know how these two would interact. They're so different and yet with a few core similarities and I just...I have no clue, dear author, how they would be around each other but I Would Like To See It.

Caleb Widogast (CR) & Percival "Percy" de Rolo III (CR)

Very similar to my vibe for Caleb & Vax in that I have no fucking clue how these two would be around each other but I want to see it so badly. Both Caleb and Percy are characters that their players truly thought unredeemable at one point or another, two characters who could've so easily fallen down a dark, deep hole and made their home there with only a smidge more pushing. Would they get along because of this? Would they fucking hate each other? And depending where in their stories it takes place, their reactions to each other could be so wildly different than another point in time! I'd just be excited to see however you interpret these two.

MCU/PERCY JACKSON

Khonshu (MCU) & Luke Castellan (Percy Jackson)

Moon Knight is one of my favorite parts of the MCU, and I absolutely loved the way being Khonshu's avatar worked out, the servitude and power and brokenness of Marc (and Steven & Jake) that led to him getting chosen/manipulated. And I think Luke would fit the bill perfectly. Someone with a lot of wrath, someone who seeks justice and revenge, someone desperate to right all the wrongs he sees no matter what it takes, Khonshu would have no trouble at all getting Luke to agree to be his avatar, and I want it so fucking badly. So here's my odd little AU, I hope someone loves this idea too and writes it XD

Loki (MCU) & Luke Castellan (Percy Jackson)

Trickster god meets trickster, what could go wrong? XD I don't have a lot of specific ideas for this, I just think it would be a blast. Luke and Loki are both extremely damaged people who turned that damage outward and did a lot of truly shitty stuff, but still bleed a need to be understood and loved (how Loki kept wishing Thor would understand, how Luke kept wishing Annabeth would understand). They are brilliant tacticians, prone to rage, allied themselves with powerful beings who couldn't have given less of a shit about them, tried to escape everything they'd done, end up doing the right thing in the end (and dying for it). There are a lot of similarities here and I wanna see the crossover!

FOLLOWING/PRODIGAL SON

Malcolm Bright (Prodigal Son) & Joe Carroll (The Following)

I'm interested in this crossover in the same way I like Prodigal Son/Hannibal, in that Malcolm would have such a cool perspective on (and fit so nicely into) a world with an intelligent psychopath and damaged FBI agent hunting him. What would Ryan think of this bright (if you excuse the pun) but still unhinged young man? What would Malcolm feel to engage with a man who also has a psycho's fixation, if in a very different way than Malcolm and his dad? What if Joe went after Malcolm for some reason, and that's what puts Ryan and Malcolm in the same sphere? Hey, maybe Malcolm was in one of Joe's classes before he got arrested! Or maybe Joe knew Martin Whitly, and that sets his eyes on the Surgeon's brilliant young son. The possibilities are endless and seem so fucking delightful!

Joe Carroll (The Following) & Will Graham (Hannibal TV)

These shows occupy such a similar place in my brain and strike my id in the same delicious way. Psycho killer and the unstable, damaged man connected to him? Sign me the fuck up! And because they're so similar, I think crossovers between the characters would be so goddamn fun. What would Joe think of Will, with Will's unique ability and the same kind of damage as Ryan? What would Will think of Joe, someone so charming and intelligent and similar to Hannibal? Does Will know Joe is a killer at the time, or is this pre-reveal? Does Joe offer his aid in finding the Chesapeake Killer, or vice-versa? I think there's just so much potential to this little shifting of psycho and FBI agent pair.

This would be the coolest crossover! Malcolm Bright, the son of a serial killer, would have such a fun dynamic with Hannibal and/or Will. Maybe Malcolm finally sees an adult therapist and that therapist ends up being Hannibal (because honestly, Malcolm's luck really is that bad, and Hannibal would fucking love having a serial killer's son as his patient). Or maybe Malcolm's hunting Hannibal, or maybe he's friends with Will (since they're the resident FBI weirdos). Malcolm is just such an engaging person, so broken and wearing his brokenness on his sleeve but still so kind and with such a gigantic urge to help people—I feel like he'd be irresistible to the world of Hannibal!

Hannibal Lecter (Hannibal TV) & Michael Scofield (Prison Break)

This is one of my more random crossover ideas, I will admit, but I got rather taken with the concept so wrote a fic for it which only made me even more taken with it so here I am peddling my desires across various exchanges. I just think these two meeting would be SO FASCINATING. Hannibal and Michael are two of the most intelligent characters in all of TV, both with a nasty habit of thoroughly destroying their opponents psychologically. And I just really want the pair of them to go up against each other in some manner or another. Does Michael know who Hannibal is, and decides to take the wolf in sheep's clothing down? Does Michael end up going to Hannibal for therapy? Does Will get set on the trail of Michael after Michael escapes from prison? I really just want to mash these two canons together and see my BAMF fav Michael engaging with Hannibal it would just be dope as fuck!

A friend pointed out to me the similarities between Julia & Sam's arcs (the belief that they're doing something good and it goes so wrong, the addiction issues, the abuse from a god/archangel, the rise in power level, could go on and on!), and ever since then I've been obsessed with the idea of them crossing over. Whether that's Sam in the Magicians world or Julia in SPN, or some mixing of the two, I just desperately want them interacting. They're both brilliant and troubled and do some fucked up shit, get betrayed a thousand times over, end up being uber powerful and going up against impossible odds with so many people counting on them—any interaction would be awesome!

Quentin Coldwater (Magicians TV) & Sam Winchester (SPN)

The Magicians and Supernatural are two of my absolute favorite shows so of course I am in desperate need of a crossover between the two. Sam is my main man, and I think he'd have such a cool dynamic with the folks over at Brakebills! Margo & Eliot would instantly adopt him just like they did Quentin (high-strung super nerd who happens to be a badass, anyone?), and I think Sam & Quentin actually have a lot in common—both of them are so damaged and put their lives beneath those of everyone around them, but also so filled with hope and a desire to help the world, to see the best even in the midst of so much darkness. Sam would listen to Quentin when no one else did, and Quentin would be Sam's first defender against anyone who called him an abomination. They'd make a really great pair.
