CROSSOVER FANDOM

Luke Castellan (Percy Jackson)/Loki (MCU)

Trickster god meets trickster, what could go wrong? XD I don't have a lot of specific ideas for this, I just think it would be a blast. Luke and Loki are both extremely damaged people who turned that damage outward and did a lot of truly shitty stuff, but still bleed a need to be understood and loved (how Loki kept wishing Thor would understand, how Luke kept wishing Annabeth would understand). They are brilliant tacticians, prone to rage, allied themselves with powerful beings who couldn't have given less of a shit about them, tried to escape everything they'd done, end up doing the right thing in the end (and dying for it). There are a lot of similarities here and I wanna see the crossover!

Malcolm Bright (Prodigal Son)/Michael Scofield (Prison Break)

I feel like this is my most random crossover tag, but it's also very exciting? As stated before I seriously love Malcolm, and Michael Scofield is one of my all-time favorite characters, so this is a special little id crossover that would bring me so much joy. Malcolm has a tendency to think outside the box and see things that other people miss, and I think he would become attached to Michael fast. Frankly a bond between them (whether pre- or during Prison Break) would make so much sense, with the kind of people they are, with all their issues. Imagine them being old friends, or Malcolm being assigned to hunt Michael down after his escape. Or, idk, anything! I don't expect anyone to have an interest in this relationship but I'm still invested!

Quentin Coldwater (Magicians TV)/Sam Winchester (SPN)

The Magicians and Supernatural are two of my absolute favorite shows so of course I am in desperate need of a crossover between the two. Sam is my main man, and I think he'd have such a cool dynamic with the folks over at Brakebills! Margo & Eliot would instantly adopt him just like they did Quentin (high-strung super nerd who happens to be a badass, anyone?), and I think Sam & Quentin actually have a lot in common—both of them are so damaged and put their lives beneath those of everyone around them, but also so filled with hope and a desire to help the world, to see the best even in the midst of so much darkness. Sam would listen to Quentin when no one else did, and Quentin would be Sam's first defender against anyone who called him an abomination. They'd make a really great pair.

Ben Reilly (Marvel 616)/Jason Todd (DC Comics)

Ben Reilly is my absolute favorite Marvel character, and he and Jason have so much in common. Both the second to hold a superhero mantle, ripe with insecurities and false cockiness, both brutally murdered and then brought back to life by people up to no good, had their minds fucked with by forces outside of their control, and then returned back to their home cities with a violent plan to prevent the kind of tragedy they were forced to go through. (If you want, I can and will lay out exactly how their paths diverged there, what their distinct fears meant for the way it all played out, how they mirror each other and are kind of the "road not taken" for paths they could've gone down—send me an ask on tumblr and I will rant for you for AGES 😁) They are both snarky and sharp and fiercely loyal, and have fucking awesome dynamics with their villains. I just think these two should meet, it would be awesome!

Hans (Frozen)/Varian (Tangled TV)

My obsession with the Tangled TV show (and, specifically, Varian's dynamic with Andrew in it) led me to the big-brained idea of mashing Varian up with Hans. Hans is an expert manipulator and a cold sociopath, adept at finding people's weak spots and using them to his advantage so thoroughly no one would ever know he was a threat until he told them. And I think he would have a field day with Varian, someone who is so desperate to be believed and cared for, and with a massive intellect that frankly Hans could use to do a lot XD And as long as he kept telling Varian how important he is, how much Hans cares, how Hans is going to help Varian get everything he wants in the world, well, we've already seen the lengths Varian will go to when someone like that is whispering in his ear. And I think it's Hans' turn to have some fun with the kid XD

(Though, also, I think it would be funny to see the absolute weirdest friendship form between the bitter prince of the Southern Isles and the bitter alchemist from Corona. Like, imagine Hans setting out to use this kid and then becoming weirdly fond of him, or a chance encounter between them leaves Hans flabbergasted about who the fuck this competent kid is, or so many things lol. So if you're less of a fan of the darker stuff I think this dynamic has the potential to just be extremely interesting.)

PERCY JACKSON

Ares/Luke Castellan

So when people are around Ares they get angry, right? To the point where Percy was ready to start a brawl with a god in a diner just because of the way Ares was making him feel simply by being around him. And canonically, Luke's fatal flaw is wrath. So this really became something I desperately needed to see! I wrote a fic touching on this, but it did nothing to lessen my need lol. We know that Luke and Ares have interacted, since Ares was the one to find Luke with the Bolt. So how did that meeting really go? Did they ever meet again after that, or oooooh what about before? I just find this idea really fascinating, the way Luke as a character with his fatal flaw would play off someone like Ares, especially with his emotions getting inherently manipulated.

Luke Castellan/Zeus

I would've killed to see some more interactions between Luke and the gods in the books, and all the better if it's the fucky kind XD There's So Much Fucking Potential in that regard, and for Zeus in particular! Luke fucking stole his Master Bolt. If that isn't cause for retribution, idk what is. This really could go so many ways! Maybe the gods are punishing Luke for his actions. Maybe Luke is trying to manipulate Zeus to get something he wants. Maybe this is just some good ol' fashioned god-taking-advantage-of-a-demigod shit. Maybe being abused by Zeus is the real final straw to turn Luke to Kronos' side. The world is your oyster XD (And, I mean, then there's all that fucking excellent angst of this being the father of Luke's dead best friend.) (Also, maybe Luke was able to gain access to the Master Bolt in a far more intimate way than finding it in the Throne Room...)

Atlas/Luke Castellan

Titan's Curse is one of my fav stories in the PJO universe, so obviously I am incredibly curious about everything that's going on outside of Percy's POV! So I don't really have a lot of specific thoughts for this pairing, only urgent (but vague) hand waving towards them 😆 Like, Luke took the fucking sky from Atlas—how the fuck did that go? What was it like after, once Annabeth had taken the sky from Luke? We know Luke and Atlas spent time around each other, and that Luke really wasn't doing well during this period of time (not as bad as he is in BOTL but still, boy was starting to spiral) so...yea, that's all I really got for ya! Fucked upness and angst 😆

Luke Castellan/Ethan Nakamura

Two boys who defected from Camp Half-Blood, fought for Kronos, were filled with so much rage and bitterness, and made the decision in the end to turn against Kronos and save everyone. They are both such absolutely compelling, interesting characters to me, and I'd love to see more of them! Whether that's in the height of the villain era with them being powerful and evil, or when Luke's mental state is devolving, or maybe some angst with Ethan interacting with Kronos!Luke, or maybe an AU where they both survive/come back, or maybe pre-canon them at Camp Half-Blood, or, or, or...I really am open to so much for them, I just really love these two boyos and would love to see them together!

Luke Castellan/Jason Grace

This one was a very spur of the moment submission to the tagset on my part, so I don't have a lot of specific shit for these two, I just think this would be interesting to see play out. Thalia's "dead" little brother—does Luke encounter him in his search for powerful allies during PJO? Did Luke find out about the Romans? Or maybe Luke survives, and meets Jason later. Or maybe Luke winds up at Camp Jupiter instead of Camp HB. Or maybe they meet in the Underworld after both their deaths. Like, there's so many random things running through my brain but not a lot of specificity, I mainly just think this would be Cool, however it were to work.

MARVEL 616

Ben Reilly/Miles Warren

My boy Ben has so many mental health issues from all the shit he's been through, mainly at the hands of his 'father' Miles Warren. Miles quite literally tortured Ben to death over and over and over again simply because it had the possibility of helping him with his research, treating him like nothing more than a science experiment, but still expected Ben to be on his side. Miles used Ben (and Kaine!) so many times and felt like it was his right as their creator. Hell, for Kaine, Kaine even called Miles father and begged for him to keep him! Like hot damn, Warren could've done anything to him.

Plus, when you throw in Miles' obsession with Peter and Gwen, and how that led to him creating the clones in the first place—well lets just say that there were a hell of a lot of implications about what Miles got up to with the clones he made of the people he wished he could have. Kaine might've been an imperfect clone, but Ben and Clone Gwen were perfect mirrors, and there were more than plenty of implications about what Miles did to them...

Mephisto/Ben Reilly

Ben first meets Mephisto in the mini-series Damnation, which is set in the time period of BR:SS I mentioned in Gabriel's section. Mephisto plays on all of Ben's insecurities to manipulate him into making a deal with him (and somewhere in the distance, Peter is screaming), all smooth charm and creepy smiles. And then, when Ben breaks their deal, Mephisto hunts Ben down and does his best to ruin Ben, turning all of Ben's allies against him and even getting Ben's brother Kaine to try to kill him! And when Kaine succeeds in doing so, Mephisto delightedly goes to collect Ben's soul XD So obviously, so much tasty angst here!!

Otto Octavius/Ben Reilly

These two have such a wild fucking history it nearly blows my mind. They have at different times been allies, enemies, frenemies, two people who outright despise each other, a pair who respect each other deeply, and everything in between. Ben manipulated Otto into working for him at one point, and Otto sacrificed Ben to some interdimensional beings, and Ben gave Otto a chance to be with the one he loves, and Otto helped Ben learn that Beyond was actually manipulating him, and they've tried to kill each other a couple times, and so basically they have a Wild Fucking History and I want more.

Ben Reilly/Tony Stark

Ben's appearance in Tony's 2020 Iron Man run felt so random and yet the fact that that was the point made it delightful. Tony needed help to rescue Rhodey and so put together a team that was the weirdest group of characters currently being unused in comics, and they went off and had space adventures! They called themselves the God Fighters and all the banter and bonding and deep conversations they had really made me love the team, plus it was so nice to see Ben finding his own people that had nothing to do with Peter or Spider-Man; they fully accepted him in, even called him their friend, and I loved all their interactions and the fact that Ben managed to find something of a home that was solely His. Ben with any member of that team would be super fun, but Tony especially!! Did not get nearly enough of interactions between the pair of them before Ben left to go be Spider-Man.

CRITICAL ROLE

Trent Ikithon/Caleb Widogast

So I've been binging my way through M9, and there is absolutely nothing more appealing to me than a traumatized powerful person and the older man who trained and abused him. Like, come ON, Caleb/Trent was fucking made for me and there is not nearly enough of it in he world. In general I seriously love Caleb (his obsession with learning, his gigantic amounts of trauma, his deep love for his friends, the level of ND vibes he gives off), and you pair that with the arrogant, self-righteous, sadistic person that is Trent Ikithon and you've got the best fucking pairing for me. Trent put Caleb through the worst of the worst, turned Caleb into a monster that Caleb had to drag himself bit by bit away from being (with the help of his friends, of course). So really live your best life with this—maybe something set during Caleb's (Bren's) training, or during his time at the Assylum, or maybe Trent sees Caleb in 2x18, or their reunion later in the series goes different, or they run into each other different way during the M9 arc, anything would be good! Just put Caleb through the wringer XD

Sylas Briarwood/Percival "Percy" de Rolo III

Much like I said in the Caleb/Trent section, I am a fucking Sucker for a traumatized powerful person and the older man who abused him. Percy became my favorite VM character from the first moment, and when the Briarwood Arc started unfolding and we got to see all that trauma really come to the forefront, learn everything that happened to his family, and then the way Sylas acted towards him!! Calling him a pup, talking to him with a weird sort of fond condescension, how smug he was about all the things he'd done to Percy and the de Rolos at large. Much like for Caleb/Trent, I am so fucking happy with any fucked up direction you take this—maybe it's during Percy's captivity, or his escape goes worse, or they capture him again during the fight at the palace, or a Bad End where the Briarwoods win and take Percy back into their oh so loving care. There's so many ways to put Percy through the wringer and I for one am so here for it!

Percival "Percy" de Rolo III/Orthax

One of my all-time favorite plotlines to see depicted in media is a good old fashioned possession arc, and boy oh boy did the shit between Percy and Orthax make me so goddamn excited. I don't even have any specific thoughts, I just fucking love possession shit. I love that Percy's rage and trauma was used by such an evil force without him even being fully aware. I love No Mercy Percy, and how Orthax egged him on. I love the black smoke, and how Percy got more powerful the deeper we got into the Briarwood Arc because of the Orthax. And for this I'm really find with a blending of CR and the cartoon, because the way the cartoon changed the ending of that arc (having Percy get taken over and have to be talked back down, the keep-away with Delilah, the battle inside his mind) was SO AWESOME to me so if you wanna go that route I would absolutely not say no. So...yea, I don't really have any specific ideas for you! I just think everything possession is Neat and think Percy deserves a bit more angst XD

TEEN WOLF

Deucalion/Stiles Stilinski

Seeing this pairing in a past tagset took me aback and then made me super pumped, because it seems like such fun. Deucalion was such a cool bad guy, and Stiles remains my main man on Teen Wolf, so I really don't know exactly how it would go which means I really will enjoy whatever you come up with. Like, does Deucalion try to recruit Stiles? Does he hurt him to get to Scott? Is Stiles a mage or some kind of supernatural creature and sparks Deucalion's interest? What if there's some crossover between Nogitsune!Stiles and Deucalion or the alpha pack? Seriously anything would be cool.

Nogitsune/Stiles Stilinski

Look, I just seriously fucking loved the Nogitsune plotline more than anything and will never get enough of Void!Stiles. That dude was out to cause as much chaos, strife, and pain as he possibly could, was already getting super freaky with Lydia, and there's not a doubt in my mind that he would've continuing fucking with everyone he could if he'd had the time. Dylan O'Brien KILLED season 3B, playing a villain so well it gave me literal chills and made me a fan for life. I loved Stiles' panic and how thoroughly the Nogitsune twisted his mind around, the back and forth, how the Nogitsune fucking ruined Stiles and nearly killed everyone. I just...fuck, I just loved this plotline. You can really do anything with Void!Stiles and I will be so goddamn happy.

Nogitsune/Theo Raeken

I will never get over Theo saying "I came for Void Stiles" and trying to draw it out of Stiles, that was the coolest fucking twist. And, as someone who loves season 3B with a burning passion, I was so fucking here for the idea of Theo being successful and getting Void Stiles back, maybe even the Nogitsune in full. However you want to make this AU work, I am down. I am just in dire need of evil Theo getting an evil Stiles by his side, and what better than the Nogitsune/Void Stiles?

THE MAGICIANS

Martin Chatwin/Quentin Coldwater

Everything with the Beast and the time loop was super cool! I loved Martin's entire vibe, how psycho and glib he was, and the connection he had to Quentin because of the loops and Q's inability to sit things out is such a unique one. Like, a bond between a villain and a hero not because the hero is the "chosen one", but because the hero just refused to be on the sidelines no matter what—I just really love that. And Martin might've looked down on Quentin, but he also looked for him, too (like the way he said "There you are" in that "first" meeting, sounding so pleased), which is tasty as all hell. Quentin wanted so desperately to be chosen and important and he made himself that without even knowing it, being the one to always volunteer and step up and being a thorn in the Big Bad’s side. And I would’ve killed for more interactions between them in Timeline 40, or maybe an exploration of an earlier timeline!

Quentin Coldwater/Reynard the Fox

The scene in 2x09 where Julia hands Quentin over to Reynard is one that makes all kinds of fireworks go off in my head. Like, can you imagine how much worse that could've gone for Q?? Reynard had him isolated, and if John hadn't arrived in time he would've snapped Q's neck in an attempt to get at Julia. And my darkfic loving brain can't help but picture an AU where Reynard had time to hurt Q a lot more before John arrived to stop his father. Or really any AU of this you like! Maybe Q's the one who gets assaulted instead of Julia, or any other potential path. I'd just love to see the pair of them explored.
