I have barely come across anyone else who's read this book other than the people I convinced to do so, so I'll be genuinely shocked if you do something in this fandom, but it will be a truly delightful surprise! Alessandra is one of my absolute favorite female protagonists, she's just an unapologetic murderer and I will hold her flower while she goes and kills her enemies. The entire dynamic between her and the Shadow King is just PURE GOLD, I could go feral over it I really could. Absolutely anything with the pair of them will make my day, or their dynamic with "Leandros" XD There was so much back and forth, so much deception and manipulation and terrible people being awesome together, just fucking loved all those characters and their interactions.
Another thing I really loved in the book was the extreme darkfic potential brought about by the end of the book, which I seriously don't want to spoil if you haven't read it because holy fuck is it a great surprise. But I'll just say that I have been Buzzing Nonstop with all the possibilities of that final showdown, just so much tasty fic potential right there. Just in general this book has So Much To It that anything in this world with these characters would be awesome.
So yea really go ham, do whatever strikes your fancy! Tiny book fandom that deserves all the love it can get!

BOURNE LEGACY
I love The Bourne Legacy so fucking much, it is such an underrated movie, especially in the franchise! The entire universe is awesome but I didn't click with the original trilogy in the same way I clicked with this sequel film. It is just the coolest fucking thing. Like, getting an outsider POV on the Bourne trilogy was awesome, and then you throw in the wonderful lead character of Aaron Cross and you've absolutely got me hooked.
Spies! Double crosses! Enhanced people! Manipulation! This film has it all, and all my love is attached to Aaron. This man has been manipulated and used at every single turn (by his army recruiter, by the people in charge of Outcome, by Eric Byer, list goes on) because of his mental deficiency, and that's *chef's kiss* and so painful. Aaron-as-Kenny was desperate to belong, to be safe, and that was twisted and abused until he was a loyal killing machine. But the extra interesting thing to me is that Aaron still asked so many questions! He was constantly arguing—with other agents, with the doctors, with everyone. Only person he didn't argue with was Eric (but that scene we see between them really is very emotionally charged...).
The dynamic between Aaron & Eric especially was so fascinating to me! Eric knew Aaron through his entire transformation from severely mentally challenged to hyper-intelligent loyal assassin, and it was so obvious that a lot of conditioning and brainwashing went on to make Aaron the man we met in the movie. Aaron was so desperate for a safe place to land, and Outcome was all too willing to use that to their advantage. Aaron had such a hard exterior but was so vulnerable underneath, and Eric played on that for sure. I love the "sin eater" scene so much, and the one where Eric is watching Aaron's first interview tape, and it showed how much History there was between them, made me so curious for so much more.

NIGHT MANAGER
Do yourself a favor if you haven't already seen this show, and go watch it. It's on Amazon Prime, Apple TV, and Vudu, along with a couple other places to buy it, and is only 6 episodes. It is the best 6 hours you can spend, because when I tell you this show is genius, I mean it. The acting is off the charts, the characters are compelling, and the story is interesting as fuck. Who doesn't want to watch Tom Hiddleston and Hugh Laurie go head to head? No one, and if you haven't seen it, you're missing out. I have rewatched it like 5 times.
The thing that really makes the series is the dynamic between Jonathan and Roper, which is sheer perfection. I was already predisposed to like it since I like both actors, but still my breath was taken away by it. By the levels and the secrecy and betrayal and genuine affection and respect buried amongst it all. Jonathan is with Roper to avenge someone he loved, but still he found himself falling for Roper's charms, at least a little bit. He might've hated himself for it, but it went both ways!! Roper saying "It's a rare thing, Jonathan Pine, for me to trust a person. But you were special. Knew it the first time I saw you" ripped my heart out because of how much he means it. Roper doesn't trust people, but Jonathan slid right in like he was a missing puzzle piece finally returning. Roper wanted to give everything to Jonathan, wanted him to be a goddamn emperor of Rome with him, even gave Jonathan a chance to join him for real when he knew Jonathan was betraying him!!
And nothing, nothing, will ever compare to the moment when Jonathan blew all of Roper's shit up, thoroughly destroying his empire and costing him billions of dollars, and Roper looked at him and smiled and said "Oh, you beauty." I'm sorry but, like, how can anyone stay sane after seeing that??? Jonathan destroyed everything and Roper just thought he was spectacular!!!! Even winks at him later when they're taking him away!!

PERCY JACKSON
So I selected both the TV show and movie canons for PJO, because they bring such different things to the table, and I really would be happy to see either canon explored, depending on which you fancy! Really, I just adore the character of Luke Castellan—I could give whole fucking essays about that character, and mainly what I read is book Luke, but I'm starting to expand my horizons and check him out in other paths as well. I love how in the movies, he's so smirky and with this dry humor, even while betraying them all, and I loved getting to see him in command in the second movie! I love how in the show, he's so down to Earth and the guy everybody loves and trusts and looks to, which sets up the ending So Well. I thought Charlie Bushnell played him so well, especially in his dynamics with the others—I'd love to see that explored more, whether pre- or post-betrayal.
That goes for both versions of Luke! What was he like around the regular campers, or the ones on his side? How did his recruitment from Kronos go? Maybe even further back, to his time on the streets, or what it was like living at home and how the meeting with his dad went. I really am giving carte blanche lol I just want more of my damaged, manipulative, angry, skilled, intelligent boi, whether that's Jake Abel or Charlie Bushnell. They both did amazing jobs and I want more XD
