DC COMICS

Power dynamics are absolutely baked into the DC universe, and I'm especially fond of the ones involving Dick!

For the first DC request, I tagged Dorian Chase and Slade Wilson, two people who have had awesome interacts with Dick through the years. Slade's history is intertwined with Dick's from his very first appearance, with a million team-ups and battles over the years to make their relationship firmly Complicated—can only imagine it becoming more so when you toss in the dynamics of BDSM. What happens if Dick lets himself go for once, letting Slade take the weight off his shoulders? What if Slade makes him? Maybe this is angsty, maybe it's a release, maybe it's hot and 100% consensual. Maybe toss in Dorian for the extra fucked up background of tying Dick to a chair for 52 hours XD

The 2nd request is my "villains do awful things to Dick" prompt! I want Dick having a truly terrible time. Maybe he's brainwashed into thinking this is ok, maybe he's manipulated, maybe this is just straight up noncon. Just let Dick have a horrible terrible day XD

I love my boy Ben so much! He's been through so much over the course of his history, and still tries over and over to be the hero he wants to be, no matter how much shit gets thrown at him. THE NIGHT MANAGER

It's been years and I'm still not over the dynamic between Jonathan and Roper. The way they truly bonded despite Jonathan being undercover, the way Roper wanted Jonathan to rule the world with him, the fact that Roper tried to give Jonathan a chance to actually join him???? And my soul is stuck on that moment when Roper saw just how thoroughly Jonathan screwed him over and just said "Oh, you beauty." Just GOD these two have so much potential and nowhere near enough attention!

I think a BDSM aspect would be so easy to slip in alongside their canon relationship, and would be so fun to see how Jonathan grapples with getting sucked into Roper in such a way; maybe he likes it far more than he thought he would, or maybe Roper's forcing him along. I just think Jonathan would fucking Melt if Roper told him he was doing well, and Roper would be riding so high on having Jonathan on his knees.

Much like with Jonathan/Roper, I have not been able to stop thinking about this ship since I saw it. God, the casual manipulation and touch from Carmine?? How lost Bruce always looked, how desperate for a guiding hand?? This was made for fucked up play, and I want it so desperately. Does that scene where they talk about Thomas go differently? Does Bruce come back later, or sooner? Is this an AU where Carmine gets his hands on Bruce as a teen? Whatever it is, I look forward to this dynamic more than anything!

I absolutely love all of Percy's trauma, and the things it drove him to do, and I think the Briarwoods had Vibes that meant they'd noncon Percy if they felt like it. I'm sorry but the fact that Zhao didn't bend Zuko over to show him his place is a Crime. (Yes, yes, technically a children's show, but still.) Zhao was arrogant and entitled and so badly wanted to take Zuko down a few pegs; with a man like that, sexual dominance would absolutely be on the table to show his 'superiority'.
